Sustainable and ecological processes
The advantages
The veneers fleece backing is a cycle whose objective is to give greater strength to the overall composition of the product: this process involves the application of a non-woven fabric (available in various shades) on the back of the wood or reconstituted veneers. Paper support is also possible for special needs.
The sanding process gives the definitive shape to the wooden edge: it acts on the degree of roughness of the surface in order to obtain the desired thickness, going down to 0,3 mm of thickness. This is a fundamental step to make it elastic and create a good base for any painting.
