PUR coupling

For this process, we only use high-quality, straight veneers: laminations are available with papers, veneers or reconstituted veneers, non-woven fabric (TNT) or ABS on the backside. In this way, it is possible to obtain wood-wood, wood-abs, wood-paper melamine and so on. In order to meet any thickness requirement, it is also possible to ask for the coupling of more than one layer together. To ensure a perfect seal between the layers, our craftsmen use special glues suitable for the purpose.

For this type of processing, constant leak tests are carried out: our coupling with polyurethane glue can be implemented between wood, recomposed wood, paper or ABS. In this way it is possible to obtain wood-wood, wood-recomposed, wood-ABS type edges and so on. To meet every thickness requirement, it is possible to do more than two layers, even of different thicknesses. Thanks to the use of straight veneers and quality glues, following time-tested technical criteria, we can guarantee products suitable for any use and resistant over time.
